Nancy Caryl Mishkin, President and Founder
Nancy founded Mondiale Partners Ltd. in 1994 and oversees the management of the firm’s global marketing and sales activities. She has worked in the financial services industry for over twenty years, initiating and developing alliances with institutional investors throughout the United States and Europe. Prior to founding Mondiale Partners, Nancy was President of European American Research Inc., a financial marketing firm in New York. Her previous position was Director of Institutional Equity Sales for Powell GRC Ltd., a London-based institutional stockbroker. Nancy began her career working in equity sales with Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York and is Series 7 Registered. She has lectured frequently on topics of international marketing and is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
Michael D. Glaubman, Director Business Development
Michael oversees new product development and overall business and management strategy for the firm. His extensive experience, with over 25 years working in executive management and business development, contributes significantly to Mondiale's growth platform and distribution capabilities. Michael’s management and marketing expertise was developed in a variety of senior management positions held in well-known businesses throughout his career. In all previous employs, Michael contributed significantly to bottom-line profit, launching and directing sales divisions and significantly expanding firm-wide revenues. Michael was formerly a member of the contract negotiation team at The Department of Defense, United States Navy Planning, Controls, and Budgets where his responsibilities included preparation of pre-negotiation positions, negotiation of contractor submitted cost proposals, and negotiation of Labor and Overhead rates. Michael is Series 7 Registered and graduated Northeastern University with Honors, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Labor Relations.
Matthew Rawlings, Account Manager
Matthew is responsible for marketing and sales activities for the firm’s alternative investment products, as well as firm wide operational assistance and support. He formerly worked as a computer specialist and Data Architect for Pantone, a color specialist firm, integrating financial, marketing and sales databases. Matthew was trained to be a financial consultant by Ladenburg Capital Management. During his college education, Matthew interned for the NYC Comptroller’s Office of Fiscal and Budget Studies, updating Quarterly Borough Reports. Matthew was born and educated in England and received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics (with honors) from Fordham University. Matthew graduated first in his class in his major field of study and is Series 7 Registered.
Lisa P. Bosler, Administrative Assistant
Lisa is responsible for all administrative aspects of the company. She has over 20 years of experience as a business administrator, and a high level of organizational ability and computer literacy. Prior to joining Mondiale, Lisa served as Program Administrator of the New York Citizens’ Committee on Health Care Decisions, where she ensured the smooth functioning of the office and the implementation of their numerous community outreach programs. Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (with honors) from Hunter College. Her undergraduate studies in psychology were supplemented with preliminary work toward a Masters in Social Work.
Venus Trujillo, Client Services
Venus is responsible for assisting the management and marketing team with manager materials and other administrative tasks within the alternative division. Working closely with our investor contacts, Venus updates and maintains the integrity of our data information to assure its accuracy, serving as client support liaison. Prior to joining Mondiale, Venus worked for eight years at Thomas Publishing Company, LLC., holding positions of Assistant Editor and Major Accounts Editor, where she closely coordinated with their nation-wide sales force, handled numerous tasks of both editorial and operational nature. Venus received her Bachelor of Arts from Marymount Manhattan College for business management with a concentration in Finance and Investments.
